Martin is an international media strategist, passionately building the global media alternative. He co-founded Crossmedia, a globally independent media agency, two decades ago. Martin began his career in Germany at Lintas and DDB, moved to New York to join Ogilvy before launching Crossmedia in the US and having served on its board in Germany since 2006.

Federica was appointed Global CEO of FirmDecisions in August 2020. As CEO, Federica oversees a global team of over 50 specialists in the field of marketing contract compliance. Prior to that, she held the role of Managing Director for FirmDecisions global digital services. Before joining the FirmDecisions team, Bowman was Ebiquity’s global digital lead based in New York and London.

Sophie started at TMW, working on Flora and Sainsbury’s. She then joined VCCP where she worked on the supermarket account Asda. Since then, Sophie has gone on to work on Nationwide and TfL. More recently, Sophie has been working on Cadbury’s, where she is currently the Planning Director across the global account.

Grace is a business economist who’s analysed effectiveness in all advertising buying categories. She’s supported twelve IPA Effectiveness award winners and was technical judge for the 2020 awards. She writes regularly for marketing week and WARC. Grace’s people skills enable her to tell stories that drive change and bring real progress towards clients’ business targets and their career goals.

Tom Sussman is Head of Planning at Leo Burnett and strategic lead across the McDonald’s account. Previously, Tom was one of adam&eveDDB’s longest serving and most awarded Planning Partners. There, he led strategy across many of the agency’s most high-profile clients - John Lewis, The AA, Volkswagen and John Smith’s – and won awards spanning IPA, APG, Cannes, and Effies.
Dominique is a champion of Strategic Marketing excellence who has honed his skills with P&G and Swatch in Asia, Europe and Latin America where he led significant branding programmes. He now runs his own consultancy, SHOKUNIN, to offer marketing as a service. He likes to bridge marketing fundamentals with Martech and Adtech solutions to help brands grow and acquire customers.

David is one of a handful of copywriters whose work resides in the permanent U.S. Congressional Record. He is a multiple-Effie winner who has set performance benchmarks in categories ranging from automotive to bourbon to computer hardware.
